Faith To See
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Your life is telling a story, but your perspective decides the genre. We talk about why thanksgiving is not a calendar event but a daily spiritual posture, rooted in 1 Chronicles 16:34: “Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his faithful love endures forever.” When gratitude becomes your default, it changes what comes out of your mouth, how you treat people, and how you endure seasons you never asked for.
Our theme is “faith to see” and we keep coming back to one line that hits like a mirror: the way you view it is the way you will receive it. If you only see opposition, you will live braced for defeat. If you can see opportunity through God’s promises, you can keep moving even when you cannot see the outcome yet. We also challenge spiritual immaturity head-on and get practical with the Challenge of 17: five minutes in prayer, five minutes in the Word, five minutes in praise, then taking your faith public by inviting someone and sharing what God has done.
We read through David’s song of praise in 1 Chronicles 16:7–36 and connect praise to perseverance, healing, and bold witness. We also name the real battle with Ephesians 6:12: people are not your enemy, and what you are seeing is not what you are fighting. If you need Christian encouragement, a reset for your spiritual disciplines, and a clearer vision for spiritual warfare, this message is for you. Subscribe, share this with a friend who needs hope, and leave a review that helps more people find the show.

Praise And Welcome
SPEAKER_00Lift up some praise to him today. If you've been set free and you've been sanctified and you've been redeemed by the blood of the Lamb, stand on your feet and give God some glory for what he has done in your life. I know he's done stuff for me, and I don't deserve it. And I know some of y'all, so I know you. No, I'm just kidding. Just kidding, just kidding. So I'm not, yeah, I'm not gonna meddle. Not gonna meddle. But I am gonna move on.
Thanksgiving Is A Lifestyle
SPEAKER_00If y'all didn't know, this week is Thanksgiving. Some of y'all are so happy because those relatives who don't feed you nothing the rest of the year, they feed you good on this day. And then we spend the rest of next year fighting off the handles of love from above. Sorry. It makes me a little bitter. Somebody asked me yesterday, hey, I saw a a tub, a tub of peanut butter cups. And I thought of you. And they said, I don't know if you let me in the church after you you you ate all those and got sick. And I said, Well, I'd probably just get in the corner of shame and scarf them down. And like we always do, pray over a blessing. So if you have your Bible, turn to 1 Chronicles 1634. 1 Chronicles 16, 34. It's important to note that giving thanks is not a one-time a year instance. Because if we live in a society that we live in today where it's me and mine and nobody else, and whatever I can get, and whoever I can step on to get there, and whatever it takes for me to rise to the top, I'm gonna do it. People need to see the Christians in the church house displaying a grateful attitude and acting in the spirit and not in the flesh. And we do that by remaining thankful because of what God has done for us. 1 Chronicles 16, 34. It says this give thanks to the Lord, for he is good. Turn to your neighbors and say, He is good. His faithful love endures forever. Let's pray. Father, we thank you so much for your presence that has been so evident here today already. I pray, God, for the rest of this service, that your spirit rest in this place today, that every word penetrate the hardest of hearts. That God, you move on us today. Let our spirits bear witness with one another as we go into this thankful season. In your name we pray. Amen. You may be seated today in the house of the Lord.
Faith Series Recap
SPEAKER_00So if you've been following along for the last couple of weeks, we kicked this thing off, this faith series, living in faith. I think it's important that the church members out of everybody else should understand what faith is. I was actually talking with Sister Barbara this morning. She said she was listening to something. And when Jesus was talking to them and saying faith like a mustard seed, they already were following around Jesus, so they had to have at least that much faith. But what he was doing was revealing to them what they already had in their possession. Sometimes we pray, God, just give me that faith. And if you, we read a few weeks ago, if you have believed in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and you believe that God created the heavens and the earth, you have already passed up that mustard seed size of faith. Now, what does that mean? That means that you right now have the authority and the faith to say to the mountain, move and it must be thrown into the sea. Sometimes we don't live in access of what God has already achieved for us. And we live hindered, crippled Christianity lives where we come to a place and we say we're Christians and nothing comes out of us, nothing flows through us. So week one, we talked about what is faith. It is hope in things that we cannot see. We talked about last week about laying on of the hands. We cannot see the miracle happen, but when we lay on the hands, we're having the faith that it will. That's called faith. And then week two last week was actions required. James tells us that if we don't have action behind our faith, it is useless. Can I speak boldly for a second? And we have churches full of useless, faithful Christians. Week three was laying on of the hands. We see this all through the New Testament. That laying on of the hands is paramount to seeing people healed. We join back there together every Sunday morning. If you ever want to join us, you can. But the the worship team, we go back in the in the kitchen back there and we join hands and we pray because we understand that when we join together, we are compounding our faith and belief of what God is going to do for this service today. Now, you can have, and sometimes you need the faith by yourself to believe, and it happens. It happens, it occurs all the time. But I believe in compound interest. And I understand that when we get together, things happen. That's why we're not supposed to forsake the assembly of getting together, because if you are not in here feeding with other people, you're not partaking and breaking bread with other people, sitting at the table of God with other people, you will starve and die. Laying on of hands. Week four, which is today, is faith to see, even when I can't. Week five is going to be planted in faith. People, you have to be planted. We have wishy-washy Christians that will hop from church to church. They're up, they're down. One day it's the best thing that's ever happened to them, and God is so good, the next day the world is crumbling at their feet, and they don't know where God is. Any have you ever read any Psalms of David? That's real life. It's okay to be that way, but you always must circle back around the way David did because he knew where he was planted. He knew where he was, where exactly God ordained him to be. So sometimes you may feel like you're in the dark, that you're covered up, but I promise you, you're not buried. You are planted, and God has put you where he has desired for you to be. So be steadfast and do not waver because God is still on the throne. And where you are sometimes is not pleasant, but we know that the testing of our faith produces perseverance. So, what does that mean? That means we have to be tested. We have to. Week six is fruitful faith. Fruitful faith. We must bear fruit. If you're producing the wrong fruit, such as anger, bitterness, self-loathing. I can go on with the devil's fruit, but I'll stop here. You need to check your root because you're not in the nutritional soil, the word of God, and being grown in the spirit. You're allowing your flesh to run the game. And flesh always produces flesh. Spirit always produces spirit. When someone blows up to you, we had a growth. Anybody went to the growth track yesterday? Raise your hands. Come on, guys, don't be scared. I'll point you out if you don't raise your hand. They were in the growth track. And we got some. All right, we had some good ones in there. Not gonna say they're the best ones because I don't want the rest of y'all to get your feelings hurt. They were pretty amazing. And we had a good time in there, lots of uh just hanging out a little bit too. And we love, we love, we love. I love having this growth track. We get to open up our home, get to have y'all in for some food. There's nothing like breaking bread with people you don't know that well. And everyone survived and we're all alive, and we walked out there happy. And that a good that's like a that's a successful church gathering. If everyone gets together and you all leave, you're still laughing and having a good time. Woo! Yeah. We're gonna button our top buttons. Inside joke, sorry. Faith
Faith To See Ahead
SPEAKER_00to see. So today, faith to see is our topic. It is our title. I was going to I was gonna dive in to the story of Job. I had it pulled up on my computer, I was sitting there, and all of a sudden, it was like God took my steps and went like this. I was gonna go to Job. We were gonna talk about how Job, even though through the dark times, even though through the death and destruction of his literal life, his livestock, his family, his friends came and said, Oh, what have you done wrong? Oh, how good the faithful friends are that run their mouths on business they don't even understand. We'll just call those church people. Excuse me. Excuse me. Think because they've read a few verses, they know what God's talking about. We're gonna move past that one. Turn to your neighbor and say, Oh, I can see it now. Oh, I can see it now. You remember a few weeks ago when we had our our uh homecoming? Oh, I remember when. Now that's looking back. Today we're gonna be, oh, I can see it now. Some of y'all have been living in where you are and forgot to have the vision of the steps ahead. Because sometimes where you are is a season of despair, dismay, dysfunction, and sometimes if you don't let people in, disconnection. And if the enemy can separate you from the herd, make you feel secluded and alone, he'll get you because there is strength in numbers. You watch any wildlife channel, the ones that end up getting eaten are the ones that end up getting separated, and God is not a God of separation. So, oh, I can see it now. This phrase can have a positive or a negative tone, just like anything, the way you view it. Listen to this. If you're taking notes,
The Way You View It
SPEAKER_00write this down. The way you view it is the way you will receive it. The way you view it, the way you see something is the way you will receive something, the way you see it is the way it literally changes the way you step into a situation. Thank God for babies in the church house. Josh and Ashley, doing your part. The way you see things literally changes the way you will step into any season or situation, or if you stay faithful or faithless, if you run or if you stop and regroup, if you take a moment and think about things, you think it through, or you fear that you will never make it through. If you see things as now, listen to this opportunity or opposition, one of those is gonna benefit you, the other one you're gonna dread and try to run from. Does anyone in here like uncomfortable situations? No, why? Because they're not comfortable. Like this morning, I was singing and I was like, holy moly, it's hot in here. I was sweating, I was uncomfortable, but I was like, Lord, help me persevere, and I'm still alive, I didn't melt. I know y'all know sugar melts, you could see it as opportunity or opposition because the way you look at it is the way you will receive it. If you think that everybody is out to get you and you can't trust nobody, you will not have people in your inner circle. Because if something, whether it be true or whether it is not, if you perceive it as the truth, you will live it out as if it is
Challenge Of 17 For Growth
SPEAKER_00true. This is why it's so, so, so important that you do the challenge of 17. And the first 15 are crucial for your spiritual growth. Five minutes in prayer, five minutes in reading your word, and five minutes in praising. Because sometimes in the middle of the problem, you are not yet in the middle of the promise, but you still have to praise. Why? Because praise often ushers in the breakthrough that you're looking for. There's never been a time in my life where I complained my way into the promised land. There's never been a moment where I became so bitter that God started working miracles in my life. Why? Because that's not the formula. Most of the time, majority of the time, I venture to say all of the time, God wants to see you're still faithful, even though you don't you don't see what's going on. Now, what do we call this? We call this vision. So, my vision for this church, I say it over and over and over again, and a part of that vision is that challenge of 17, because I believe that today, in 2022, almost 2023, we have church houses full of immature Christians that cannot handle anything without the pastor. And that's immaturity. We saw this in the disciples. Paul wrote to many churches with the same issue. They had to call Daddy Paul because they didn't know what to do. They even took the gifts of the Spirit and would wear them as their own, like they put them on themselves. And Paul had to correct this because they were saying, Oh, well, I speak in tongues, or I speak in tongues more than you do. Oh, you don't speak in tongues as much as I do. My prayer language is learned by God directly. And Paul said, Shut up. I speak in tongues more than all of you. You're not doing anything special over there except for what the Spirit has allowed you to do. You are not doing anything. We got a lot of self-righteous people in the church that think that their gifts are something they've done or that you were just born. Oh, I was born to be a legendary. Shut up. You were born to serve the Almighty God. That's why you don't feel fulfilled because you're using your gifts for you and not for God. All right. So a vision from this church, from the pastors here, is that we want to produce mature Christians. Jesus called this disciples. He said, Go and make disciples of Jesus Christ. Why is it so important? Because when you make disciples and you disciple them, also known as discipline, we don't like that word. It got real quiet. Disciples produce what? More disciples. And you have a body of believers who are disciplined, who are led by the Spirit, and who listen and who have a vision with the larger vision. That we need to be mature Christians. We need to love each other. Why? Because Jesus said, This 11th commandment I give you. Love each other, and that's how the world will know that I am love. But if we're not mature, we can't handle situations. We'll let things be covered up and fester and swept under the rug until everybody wasn't even involved trips on it. Bitterness does not affect just you, it affects everybody else around you. Anger and unforgiveness does not just affect you, it affects everybody else around it, around you. It will affect people that you may never even meet. Because whatever is coming out of you will guarantee to get on other people around you, and that will get on other people around them, and they will have a domino effect of negativity and bitterness. The entire Longview area will be bitter and negative. Because one person wouldn't go and handle and do what God said to do. Now that's not my rules, that's God. So don't get mad at me. I mean, you can if you want, I can take it. But God said it. And I'm gonna tell you what the word says.
David’s Song Of Praise Read Aloud
SPEAKER_00First Chronicles 16. Now we're gonna read something. This is a lot of scripture. That's why up on the screen I only put where it was found. I'm gonna read through this. And when I read this, it got me excited. This is where we got our key verse from. We're gonna be talking about David's song of praise. Now, why is this so important? Why is praise so important? Because praise will bring you to a place of perseverance, that if you just sit there insulted in your self-loathing and bitterness and unforgiveness and everything else that God doesn't desire for you, He wants you to live better than that, He wants you to be in more than that, He wants you to forgive each other, He wants you to handle things with each other, to be mature enough. We talked about this yesterday in the growth tract. That the Bible says that even if you are at the altar of sacrifice and worship to God, he said that if somebody has offended you, not if you've done something wrong, but if somebody else has done something wrong to you, you need to do everything you can to make it right because he values relationship in the body. Now, I don't know about you, but my flesh does not want to do that. Because if they done something wrong to me, they need to come and fix it. They need to come to me and start apologizing. They need to come to me and say, I can't believe this happened. I'm so sorry. I just want to buy you dinner. I'll try to work a free meal in there. But that's not what God says to do. Throughout the Bible, from cover to cover, things that we're supposed to do spiritually do not make sense to our flesh. And usually they are the opposite. 1 Chronicles 16, chapter 16. Now we're gonna be reading here, but this got me fired up, and I was like, I was reading a little bit, I was gonna put a snippet out of there, and I kept reading. I was like, man, this is I'm gonna put the whole thing in there. We're in church, we can read scripture together, right? David's song of praise. We're gonna go from 7 to 36. 7 to 36. On the day that David gave Asaph and his fellow Levites this song of thanksgiving to the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord and proclaim his greatness. Let the whole world know what he has done. Sing to him. Yes, sing his praises. Tell everyone about his wonderful deeds. Well, look what the Lord has done. Hallelujah. Come on, look what the Lord has done. I don't know about anybody else, but that song gets me pumped. I want to do a little praise dance. Verse 10 says, Exalt his holy name, rejoice, you who worship the Lord. Search for the Lord and all and for his strength continually seek him. Verse 12. Remember the wonders he has performed, his miracles, and the rulings he has given. You children of the servant Israel, you descendants of Jacob, his chosen ones. He is the Lord our God, his justice is seen throughout the land. Remember his covenant forever, the commitment he made to a thousand generations. This is the covenant he made with Abraham and the oath he swore to Isaac. He confirmed it to Jacob as a decree and to the people of Israel as a never-ending covenant. It will give, I will give you the land of Canaan as your special possession. He said this when you were few in number. There was a vision that was planted in Abraham. There was a promise that was planted in Abraham. And if you read his story of Abraham, when this promise was given, he had no children. He had no children. Have you ever been promised something from God? And you say, God, how is this gonna happen? I don't have anything equipped to make this work. And we do what Abraham does is we start trying to figure out how we can fast track this. 19. And he said. That you were few in number, a tiny group of strangers in Canaan. They wandered from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another. Yet he did not let anyone oppress them. He warned kings on their behalf. Do not touch my chosen people and do not hurt my prophets. Let me challenge
Going Into The Ditches With Hope
SPEAKER_00you today. God has this same promise and has issued this same accord with you today. And then I believe that we need to stop being scared little Christians and waiting for the enemy to come to us, and we need to start stepping up and going to the enemy's doorstep. This is why I'm so excited about this coming Thursday when we get a chance to go out into the enemy's territory. At this place, right behind it, they have a smokehouse and they have a cookhouse. And they bet they have some oil on their doorstep. Will I get shot? Doesn't matter. I don't need my gun because I come bearing the name of the Lord. And what God has given me is what I already need. I have a past that I could talk to them about. I have a redemptive story that I can tell them about that. Hey, I used to be exactly where you are. Guess what? You have more than me, actually. You had a home, I had a car I lived in. But guess what? Look what the Lord has done. And I can walk up on their step and say, guess what? I come bearing the name of the Lord. That everything that you see here is nothing that I have done. Everything you see that is right on me is the Spirit of God. I have nothing in my life without God. I had everything I wanted in the depths of my sin, and God showed me that I could have more. And I believe when the people of God start going into the ditches, those ditches and those people in those ditches get on the righteousness of God and they turn into trenches where they can start fighting. I believe that Longview, Texas is going to be breaking out in revival very soon. I've told y'all this before when my dad came to preach here. He said, Man, when I before I even got to the church, I could feel that there was something stirring already. Why? Because when we have people, if you don't know, you can go to our website and look up Connect Dash Church forward slash freedom. And we have freedom stories, and we're going to have more of people sharing their testimony because that is a line for us. It is designed for us to overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. What does this do when we start sharing what God has done for us? It begins to burn a redemptive fire in the sinner's heart, and they begin to see that even though I don't love myself, there's a God that loves me, that he sent his son for me in the depths of my sin. Yes, he knew you, he knew me, he knew all of us, and he still sent his son to die for our sins. Let the whole earth sing to the Lord each day, proclaim the good news that he saves. The challenge of 17 on that 17 one, that 17th one, you cannot invite somebody to church without letting them know that you know God. It is impossible. I might have tricked you and designed it that way. And make you where you have to witness to somebody. Let me ask you this. Don't raise your hand because I don't want anybody to be embarrassed who's been doing it. Y'all all look down pretty quick. I know you have, I know y'all have. I've seen the fruits of your labor. But let me challenge all of us in here, including myself. We have a mission. There's no special calling to share the word of God. All who have come to know the salvation of Jesus Christ has the birth right now to share the Father's story. Publish his glorious deeds among the nations. Tell everyone about the amazing things he has done. You cannot stay in a grateful attitude and a thankful posture of your heart if you do not thank God for all he has done in your life. I think this is why, and I've said it multiple times, that the Bible says to repeat our first fruits. Because we need to be reminded of what God has done for us and what he has done through us and what he has yet to do in us. It stirs up the Spirit of God when he sees that his children are getting excited about something he did long ago. Verse 25 Great is the Lord, he is most worthy of praise. He is to be feared above all gods. The gods of other nations are mere idols, but the Lord made the heavens. Honor and majesty surround him. Strength and joy fill his dwelling. O nations of the world, recognize the Lord. Recognize that the Lord is glorious and strong. Give to the Lord the glory he deserves. Bring your offering and come into his presence. Worship the Lord in all of his holy splendor. Verse 20 says, Let all the earth tremble before him. The world stands firm and cannot be shaken. Let the heavens be glad and the earth rejoice. Tell all of the nations, the Lord reigns. Let the sea and everything in it shout his praise. Let the fields and their crops burst out with joy. Let the trees of the forest sing for joy before the Lord, for he is coming to judge the earth. Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good. His faithful love endures forever. Cry out, save us, O God of our salvation. Gather and rescue us from among the nations. So we thank you. We thank your holy name and rejoice and praise. Verse 36 says, Praise the Lord, the God of Israel, who lives from everlasting to everlasting. And all the people shouted, Amen, and praise the Lord. Let everything that comes out of our mouth be praise and glory to him.
Gratitude That Becomes A Witness
SPEAKER_00It's like the two options we have after death. We love to talk about heaven, but nobody mentions hell anymore. And excuse the pun, but it needs to light a fire under us to tell people about God. Because there is literal fire under them waiting. People need salvation. You're either lifting and glorifying God with your life and with your attitude and with your words, or you are tainting his reputation. Let everything that comes out of our mouth be praise and thanksgiving towards our faithful and loving God. And when you begin to take this posture in your life and you become thankful and grateful, even though you can't see what he is doing, even though you can't see the outcome of where God's going to take you from and where he's taking you to, I guarantee you this every person here is a child of God, and we are all promised, whatever his word promises us. When you begin to take a posture of being thankful and grateful to a loving and gracious God, watch the things in your life begin to change. You don't believe me? There are angels surrounding his throne, 24-7, crying, holy, holy, holy. And I know things happen in life. They can make you mad, they can make you angry, they can make you bitter, they can make you live in unforgiveness, they can make you the person that you never wanted to be, the opposite of how you actually wanted yourself to be. Where the spirit of the Lord is, there is. And when we begin to sing that song to the sinner, there won't be enough seats in this place with people trying just to get close to God. I've told y'all this several times in personal conversation from the pulpit. Shame is the enemy's game. Salvation is God's. When you become free and you get your root system in the proper soil and nutrition, all of a sudden, the fruit of the spirit that brings a full, healthy life, fulfilled life will manifest itself in your life. Just like negativity produces more negativity. So does joy and peace. The fruit of the spirit produces more fruit of the spirit. You haven't been around somebody, but you had a bad day. Okay, maybe you argue with somebody, you had a fight, whatever. But you get around somebody who just has that personality that makes you feel better because they got the joy of the Lord in their life. We could be that to other people. Excuse me, let me back up. We should be that to other people. We should be life-giving, light-shining people to the lost. I do not ever want to let my mouth or attitude make someone not want to come to my church. Because whether you want to or not, people are watching you, and you will be the window of which they look into to see what our church is about. They will see God in you, or they will see a reason not to give God the time of day.
Praise Through Pain Shifts Atmosphere
SPEAKER_00When you begin to praise through the pain and stop complaining through the complications, the atmosphere begins to shift in your favor. I'll say it one more time. Bless you. When you begin to praise through the pain and stop complaining through the complications, because we know there will be complications always. Everybody has a bad day, everybody feels down sometimes. But if we stop complaining and we start praising, the atmosphere in your situation begins to shift in your favor. It's like the children of Israel when they had in the valley, one side was them, the other side was the Philistines. And David showed up. He was a delivery boy, he was driving Uber Eats for his brothers, and he shows up, he rolls down his window. What's going on here, fellas? Well, this guy's over here and he he's mocking us. He's talking about our God, and he's big. He said, What are you kidding me? The big old God that we serve that can outmatch this dude in a blink, and y'all are standing over here on this side like a bunch of little chickens. Do you not know what name you bear? Let me step out and show you who I come with. The posse I roll with is only one deep, and it's all I need. When you step out in this situation and you come bearing the name of the Lord, the biggest giant is gonna fall because we know that today he is still the giant slayer. We know that mountains are still moved, we know the people are still healed, we know that giants are still slayed. When you bear the name of the Lord, it gives you a vision to see what is in front of you and look past it and see what God is going to do. Some of you, it may be in your marriage, some of you it may be with your kids, it may be with your parents, it may be with your job, it may be with your school, but you need to understand that when you bear the name of the Lord and you have a vision or you see past what is in front of you and you believe and you know that whatever happens, God is in control. The atmosphere begins to shift and not just shift and move around, but in your favor, man. Why? Because listen, if you get in despair and you get into a dark place and you you get full of anxiety or depression, or you you allow things in your life to influence you to be in fear, I want to tell you this. If you are living in that state today, there is a God who can move mountains and do things in your life. Now, if you accept what is in front of you for just the way that it is, you are saying that your God is not big enough to take care of it. If you're allowing sickness to be in your life and you're not speaking against it, you are accepting what God says you could be free of. If you're allowing addiction to stay in your life, you are submitting to that addiction and staying exactly where God does not want you to be. Because God is for us, and we know that if he is for us, if we allow him, who can be against us? Nothing can stand before an Almighty God. Stop looking at people. We talked about this yesterday in Growth Track. People are not your enemy. Whoever has done you wrong, they are not the enemy. Because we know this. First of all, you are called as a Christian in the body of believers to be a light to guess even your enemy. I know that's not fun. I said before, spiritual warfare, it's doing stuff that's opposite to your flesh.
Your Enemy Is Not People
SPEAKER_00Stop looking at people as your enemy. You are to be a light to them. Ephesians 6 12. For we are not fighting against flesh and blood, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in heavenly places. What you are seeing is not what you are fighting. You need to understand that you need to get your spiritual weapons in check and in shape. You need to be exercising that muscle of faith every single day because one day, some of you are in the middle of it right now, some of you just came out of it, but some of you are about to go into it. You've got to exercise that muscle, that faith muscle, because you need to understand that if your God is for you, who can be against you? And what you are fighting against and what you see is not what you're actually fighting against. A person is not your enemy. Once you start seeing them as a lost soul that needs a savior, as you once did, it changes your perspective on how you see them. What you are seeing is not what you are fighting. I may not be able to see them, but I'm gonna let them see me, dancing and praising in spite of what it looks like. The biggest witness and testimony to God's goodness and grace is when we are happy in the middle of despair, when we have joy in the middle of loss, when we are not broken, and we cannot be broken in the middle of broken situations. I will praise him, I will praise him no matter what it looks like. Praising him is so important, it gives you not where you see what is in front of you, but it gives you a vision to look beyond what is there and understand that God is here in the midst of every season you're going through.
Change Your Vision Through God’s Filter
SPEAKER_00The way you see it is the way that you will receive it, the way you see it is the way you will receive it. I believe with all my heart that God wants to change the way you see things today. It may be the way you're seeing circumstances, it may be the way you're seeing your health, it may be the way you're seeing your spouse, it may be the way you're seeing your kids, your parents, it may be the whatever way you're seeing your job, your relationships, God wants to change the way you see things, that you see it through his filter, and through his filter is only victory. We're promised that we don't have to sit back and whine because we don't know what's gonna happen. We know that if anybody comes against us and we bear the name of the Lord, he will raise up a standard. His name makes the enemies flee. His word changes and penetrates the hardest heart. The way you see it is the way you will receive it. God wants to change the way you see things today, he wants to change your vision.
